Ms. Page is recognized at the local, state, and national level for her expertise on export promotion and export ecosystem development in both private and public sectors. She consults small businesses and communities across multiple industries on trade strategy, advocacy, compliance, market entry, and identifying global opportunities.

Ms. Page currently serves as President and CEO of Kansas Global, a full-service trade advisory firm, helping companies and cities leverage their capabilities and global reach. Kansas Global was honored in 2017 with the Presidential Award for Export Service, recognizing four consecutive years of sustained commitment to export expansion that support the U.S. economy and create American jobs.

Ms. Page is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Global Executive MBA and a graduate of Wichita State University with a BS in Business Administration, in international business and economics. She is also a Certified Global Business Professional.

As the current chair of Industry Trade Advisory Committee 11, a unique public-private partnership jointly managed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of United States Trade Representative, she engages business leaders in formulating U.S. trade policy, 2016-present. Ms. Page is also the chair of the Wichita Area Metropolitan Planning Organization Freight Roundtable, 2017 - present.

Ms. Page currently serves on the World Trade Council Board and Friends University - Global MBA Advisory Board. She served on the Wichita Airport Advisory Board from 2014-2017. Ms. Page is a member of the Greater Wichita Partnership’s Strategic Advisory Team on Economic Development, the State International Development Organization (SIDO), the Mid-America District Export Council, the Kansas International Trade Coordinating Committee, and the Wichita Downtown Rotary.

In 2014, Ms. Page led the effort to create regional Export and Foreign Direct Investment plans including best-in-practice performance metrics. To date, through the plan’s hallmark export ecosystem, small businesses have achieved tens-of-millions of dollars in new exports and earned the region recognition as a top exporter in the nation. Her agility to embrace change and harness the strengths of others allows her to execute on big ideas.

She is a frequent guest speaker at universities, organizations, and conferences, and regularly works with media and elected officials on the nuances of international trade practice and policy. Married to Mark Paolucci and mother to 20-year old daughter Kaitlynn, she enjoys time with family and friends – especially while in the kitchen or traveling.

Tyler, a Wichita native, graduated from Friends University in 2010 with a BS in Business Administration, emphasis in International Business. He participates on several committees that promote exports and advise governments and industry across the state of Kansas. He came to Kansas Global Trade Services in April of 2011 and leads the team in international trade relations, export compliance, and Business Development. As the Senior Director of Business development and the Global Air Capital Program, he is responsible for implementing the established business plan and cultivating relationships throughout the world that benefit our customers and Kansas importers and exporters. Tyler works with companies of all sizes in many different industries such as; aviation, agri-business, and advanced manufacturing. He specializes in business development, market research, trade compliance (ITAR/EAR), and consulting. When he is not working with people from all around the world, he is rooting for his favorite baseball team, the Kansas City Royals. Go Royals!

Holli Schletzbaum

Ms. Schletzbaum is currently the Director of Client Engagement at Kansas Global Trade Services. This role allows her to collaborate with people from all over the world. Ms. Schletzbaum often works with CEO's of small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) to learn their needs when it comes to selling their product or service outside of the U.S. Based from these interactions she connects them to a subject matter expert within Kansas Global and to available local resources. Ms. Schletzbaum also advocates policy and needs of SMEs to elected officials at the city, state and national level.

As Kansas Global's Director of Client Engagement, Ms. Schletzbaum has the opportunity to speak on different panels across the state to provide insight on trade policy and how it impacts Kansas SMEs. In this role, she oversees employees and interns who are in research and marketing positions. She guides them to create and implement educational opportunities to enhance global trade, plan and execute marketing and branding strategies, share relevant information about international trade, and develop material to promote products and services to customers and prospective clients.

Ms. Schletzbaum graduated from Emporia State University with a Bachelors of Science in Communications and Public Relations. While attending Emporia State, she played on the Women’s Soccer Team. After graduating in 2012, she earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Leadership from Newman University. In 2017 Ms. Schletzbaum became a Certified Global Business Professional.

Michelle Hernández-Arévalo moved to Wichita, Kansas from Pomona, California. She majored in International Business at Friends University and graduated in 2016. During her time at Friends University, she was part of the Women’s Tennis team, Concert Choir and was a chairman of the Falcon Student Organization. Passionate about other cultures and how to interact with businesses outside the US, majoring in International business was a natural fit. Michelle started working at Kansas Global on January 2017, as an Executive and Research Assistant. In her free time, Michelle enjoys playing tennis, drawing, serving the community, being involved at her local church and spending time with her family.
