President & CEO
Karyn Page is the President and CEO of Kansas Global Trade Services, Inc., formerly known as the Kansas World Trade Center. She began her professional career as an international business advisor at the Kansas World Trade Center in 1992. Ms. Page was an export and marketing manager for a local manufacturing company and Assistant Vice President & International Marketing Director for INTRUST Bank N.A. before returning to the Kansas World Trade Center in her current position in 2004.
In addition to her operations duties as President & CEO of Kansas Global, Ms. Page works with companies of all sizes in aviation, agri-business, manufacturing and eco-business, advising on matters of international trade. She specializes in trade advocacy, regulatory compliance, consultation and research, and in identifying opportunities for Kansas companies in foreign countries.
She serves on the Wichita Airport Advisory Board and the Friends University – Global MBA Advisory Board and is a member of the Mid-America District Export Council, the Kansas International Trade Coordinating Committee, and Wichita Downtown Rotary.
In 2006 she received a federal appointment to serve on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee 11 (Small & Minority Business)– A unique public-private partnership jointly managed by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Office of United States Trade Representative that engages business leaders in formulating U.S. trade policy. She was elected to Chair of ITAC 11 in 2014.
In 2013 she presented US-China cooperation opportunities in General Aviation on the panel “The coming decade—the strategic window for China’s civil aviation” moderated by Secretary-general, General Aviation Committee of China Air Transport Association Madam Wang Xia at the 2nd annual China Air Finance summit in Tianjin China.
In 2011 Ms. Page was a featured speaker at the National League of Cities and the U.S. District Export Council national conferences. She also attended the APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) senior official meeting (II) and the World Trade Organization (WTO) 8th Ministerial Conference as a private sector advisor of the U.S. government.
She is a frequent guest speaker at universities, organizations, and conferences, and regularly works with media and elected officials on the nuances of international trade practice and policy. She makes time to read to elementary students through Rotary’s Reading is Fundamental program.
Ms. Page is a graduate of Wichita State University with a BS in Business Administration, in international business and economics. Married to Mark Paolucci and mother to 18-year old daughter Kaitlynn, she enjoys time with family and friends – especially while in the kitchen or traveling.
